Delivery Costs
A standard post and packaging charge of £7.20 will be added to all orders during checkout.
When will you deliver my order?
Your goods will delivered within 6 working days* of your payment being confirmed, unless you’ve instructed us otherwise, and will be delivered to you Tuesday – Friday between the hours of 9am & 5pm.
Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package – this is especially important if you have ordered chilled foods. If you think you’ll be out, why not have your package delivered to you at work, or give us the address of a friend or neighbour who can accept the package for you – you can tell us about these special instructions on the order summary or delivery detail pages prior to checkout.
Once we have dispatched your order we’ll send an email to let you know.
Do you deliver abroad?
Sadly, we cannot presently deliver outside mainland UK. If you need us to deliver to Northern Ireland or the Channel Isles there will be an additional postal charge – please contact us for details.
How does my order stay fresh?
Chilled goods (fish, meat products & soft cheese) will be delivered in thermally insulated packaging with gel-packs that have been thoroughly tested to keep the food chilled until you receive it. The products we supply are of the highest quality and freshness but you should plan to transfer any perishable products into your fridge as soon as possible.
