Artisan Food production on Arran has a long heritage, and many of the companies involved in the manufacture of our quality food and drink are still family owned and operated. We all share an overriding commitment to quality both in primary ingredients, production methods, and customer service.

We truly believe the people who grow process and manufacture the Taste of Arran products with such enthusiasm are the secret to our quality and success. In these pages we plan to bring you profiles of the companies who comprise Taste of Arran, as well as some of their staff, who really are our Food Heroes.
