Christmas Delivery

We will continue to dispatch goods for 48 hour delivery, however from 10th December Parecelforce are operating a 'by Christmas delivery guarantee' on all parcels to UK residential addresses.

If you'd like your order delivered nearer Christmas, it is advisable to order now and tell us about your preferred delivery date in the special instruction box during checkout - we'll do our best to meet your requirements but cannot guarantee delivery on a particular day.

Please ensure  you place your order before 17th December to ensure delivery by the 24th.

When will you deliver my order?

Your goods will delivered within 5 working days* of your payment being confirmed, and will be delivered to you Tuesday - Friday between the hours of 9am & 5pm.
*Please be aware that all parcels are dispatched to the mainland by ferry which can very occasionally be delayed by bad weather, in which case we will dispatch your order at the first opportunity.

Once we have dispatched your order from the island, we’ll send an email to let you know. Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce whom we find to be highly reliable. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the package - this is especially important if you have ordered chilled foods. If you think you’ll be out, why not have your package delivered to you at work, or give us the address of a friend or neighbour who can accept the package for you – you can tell us about these special instructions on the order summary or delivery detail pages prior to checkout.

Will my order arrive in one package?
 
In most cases your order will be packaged in one box. In certain instances we may have to package your order in more than one box to ensure goods arrive with you in peak condition. If this happens, all boxes, which contain your order, will be clearly marked as a part consignment, and will be delivered together.

If you are a wholesale customer and your order consists of a number of boxes, we will contact you to arrange suitable delivery.

Do you deliver abroad?

Sadly, we cannot presently deliver outside the UK.
 
How does my order stay fresh?

Chilled goods will be delivered in thermally insulated packaging with gel-packs that have been thoroughly tested to keep the food completely chilled until you receive it. The products we supply are of the highest quality and freshness but you should plan to transfer any perishable products, such as fish & cheese, into your fridge as soon as possible.

Can I reuse the gel-packs that come with my order?
 
Yes, you can, just pop them in the freezer overnight and they are ready to use. We are looking to become even more environmentally friendly and will soon be offering a return service for all of our packaging. Please contact us if you would like to re-cycle our packaging.
